As another added bonus to being an Aquarium Illusions Club Member, we would like to annouce:
Club Members - 7 Day Fish & Coral Warranty
Not only are we the only one's who have a true quarantine* facility, but we now offer our Club Members a 7 Day Saltwater Fish & Coral Warranty.
If the event of SW fish or Coral loss, Details of the Warranty are as follows:
- Water sample and the fish body or coral skeleton must be provided within the 7 day period (no extensions will be allowed)
- Our Acclimation Procedures must be followed (instructions available in brochures at the store, or on line at
www.aquariumillusions.com
- Death to aggression from tank mates voids the 7 day warranty
- Fish purchased prior to the 2 week quarantine period do not apply
- Invertebrates, Anenomes and Specialty Orders are not included in the Livestock Warranty
We ask that you would kindly not add any fish from other sources within the same time period as Aquarium Illusions fish. We take the extra measures of quaranting our fish before we sell them to ensure our valued customers get the healthiest livestock possible. Adding our quarantined fish at the same time as fish that haven't been quarantined is putting your healthy fish at risk.
*Our definition of True Quarantine is: An entire shipment of fish held in an independently filtered system for the duration of 2 weeks. The shipment is in total isolation from coming into contact with other shipments.
Tours: Our staff would be happy to take you on a guided tour of our back room and explain our quarantine process to you.
